- Contact Us: Just give a call to us or fill the contact form our repsentative will connect to you immediately and gathers all your requirements and guides you on further action.
- Schedule a day for Survey: Our experts will appear on the day at your place as per your availability and evaluate your requirements or goods which needs to be transported and hence he will estimate the cost for further action. On confirmation of the customer the representative will finalize the deal and brief you the process of packaging and shifting your goods.
- Booking Confirmation: once the booking is confirmed the quotation will be issued to the customer and finalize it.
- Packing: Our packing experts team will present at your place along with packing tools and packs the articles or goods whether it is electronics articles or any other and safeguards your articles using best packing treatment. After all packing and payment clearance from the customer the process will be moved to transportation.
- Shifting Assistance: The shifting assistants from our side will shift all your packed articles and represents until all articles are delivered safely.
- Transportation: After confirmation from customer and payment conclusion, the transportation team will gets into action and ships all the articles to the customer’s requested place on time
- Tracking: Our customer care representative will constantly in touch with driver and shifting assistants and gets notifications about the status of the delivery and can update the same to customers whenever required.
- Final Destination: once the vehicle is reached at your place all articles will be shifted to place by our shifting assistants and closes the deal based on customer confirmation.
- Customer Care: if there are any issues raised by our customers the customer care executive will assists on priority basis and ensures the services are properly delivered.
